Here at Vèd, we offer our clients a 14- day return policy because we believe in the supreme quality of our products and their ability to make people’s lives better. If our CBD products did not fulfill your expectations, let us know and we will help you get your money back.

 

Return policy

    • Return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
    • If you decide to return a product, you need to email us at info@vèd.com with your order number stating that you would like to return the item.
    • We will only accept items that are in their original packaging and are not open.
    • You cover the shipping costs for the returns.
    • We will refund your money in the same form of payment that you used.
    • We advise you to only use traceable delivery companies and get a receipt of your shipment.
    • If the items you received, are damaged during shipping, you need to let us know within 48 hours of item delivery in order to qualify for an exchange by emailing us at info@vèd.com. Once we receive the damaged product, a new order will be shipped to you, free of charge.
